What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Inclusions can vary based on the type of service — for example, sunset cruises come with high-end non-alcoholic beverages and appetizers, while business charters provide meeting amenities and corporate catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, it's advisable to book 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly throughout our busy season (May–September). For business gatherings and private functions, booking 4–6 weeks ahead permits a better choice and time for personalization.
What's the protocol for bad weather?
Your safety is paramount. Should unsafe weather conditions arise as determined by our captain, you'll have the option to reschedule to a later date or receive a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the forecasts and will get in touch with you if we see suspicious weather 24 hours prior to your charter.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks. Additionally, we provide exceptional catering services with customized menu options to suit your taste. Note that we do not allow glass vessels on board for safety purposes.
Do you provide yacht access for individuals with mobility challenges?
We are committed to serving all our guests. Several of our vessels feature improved accessibility facilities. To ensure appropriate arrangements, please reach out to us when booking to discuss your specific requirements, and we'll suggest the most fitting yacht.
What is the policy for cancellations?
Cancellations done 72 hours or more prior to sailing time are fully refunded. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours in advance will be refunded at 50%. If you cancel within 24 hours of the departure, the amount is non-refundable, except in cases of unsuitable weather or mechanical issues on our end.
